I ,~ RESOLUTION 97- 125 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY CODE CHAPTER 31.01, ZONING, SUBD. 30, SETTING FEES FOR PROCESSING PLANNING PERMIT REVIEWS AND APPEALS OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the fees for processing planning permit reviews and appeals be set as follow: Application Fee Escrow 1-40 acres $1 ,000 41-80 acres $1,500 over 80 acres $2,000 1-40 acres $1,000 41-80 acres $1,500 over 80 acres $2,000 0-40 acres $2,000 41-80 acres $2,500 over 80 acres $3,000 $250 0-40 acres $2,000 41-80 acres $2,500 over 80 acres $3,000 Comprehensive Plan Amendment $500 Zoning Amendment (text or map) $300 Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept $500 Final $500 Subdivision Resubdivision/land survey review Preliminary Plat Final Plat $100 $1 00 + $50/lot $250 Conditional/Special Use Permit Residential $50 Amount dependent on project location, site conditions and type of development. (1) The fee shall be doubled for after-the-fact permit applications.
