RESOLUTION NO, 97- 51
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF CONTINUANCE
FOR GOODWILL ATTENDED DONATION CENTER
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota, that
the Memorandum of Continuance for Goodwill Attended Donation Center, attached as
"Exhibit A", is hereby approved.
Adopted by Council this 18th day of February, 1997.

CONTINUANCE OF MEMORANDUM
for the Cities of Stillwater, Oak Park Heights, and Bayport
JANUARY 1 - DECEMBER 31, 1997
It is hereby agreed that Goodwill/Easter Seal (hereinafter Goodwill) will
provide collection services to the Cities of Stillwater, Oak Park Heights and
Bayport, Mn (hereinafter cities).
The scope of services includes the acceptance of household materials for
reuse, as identified in Attachment A. To provide said services, Goodwill
will maintain an Attended Donation Center in its store at 14460 N. 60th
Street, Stillwater, Mn.
The term of this continuance of original agreement is for January 1 -
December 31,1997.
Goodwill agrees to maintain its liability insurance to cover the Attended
Donation Center.
The Cities agree to pay $.50 per household for the collection of reuse
material to Goodwill, as identified in Attachment B and to provide advise
and counsel to Goodwill for the services provided by Goodwill.
Other than stated in this memorandum, the provisions of the original
agreement shall remain in force.
