RESOLUTION NO, 97-39
APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION OF INTERLACHEN 4TH
ADDITION, OUTLOT B, EXCEPT THE EAST 90 FEET
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted by Trail Head Development to subdivide
Outlot B (except the East 90 ft.), Interlachen 4th Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater
approved the subdivision ofInterlachen 4th Addition, Outlot B (except the East 90 feet), into
four (4) lots, subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of final plans including grading and erosion control by the City
Engineer and Community Development Director.
2. Submittal of plan to Community Development Director showing existing
vegetation and vegetation to be removed.
3. Submittal of landscape plan for Community Development Director approval.
4. Payment in lieu of park fee.
Adopted by the City Council of Stillwater this 4th day of February, 1997
