RESOLUTION NO. 97-37
REAPPORTIONMENTIREMOV AL OF ASSESSMENTS
FOR L.I. 284 AND L.I, 307 AGAINST
PARCEL NO, 9028-2320
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted by Bruce and Connie Shalles, prospective
buyers of Parcel No. 9028-2300, to reapportionment/remove assessments for LJ. 284 and L.I.
307 against said parcel.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater
the reapportionment/deletion of assessments against Parcel No. 9028-2320 as follows:
1. That the assessment amount against above parcel for L.I. 307 be deleted;
2. That the assessment amount against above parcel for L.I. 284 be reduced to half of
the assessed amount;
3. That this action is taken by the City on the condition that upon their purchase of
this parcel, the owners deed to the City of Stillwater that part of the parcel lying
south of Mrytle Street.
Adopted by the City Council of Stillwater this 4th day of February, 1997
