Taxicab licenses may be revoked by the City Council att an me for 'cause' after hearing. 'Cause' shall include intentional violations of provisions of this ordinance, con- viction of a crime or moral turpitude, conviction of the licensee or any driver employed by the licensee of three or more moving violations within a licensing year, or failure to maintain equipment in proper working order, after warning, where such failure threatens the life, health or safety of passengers." G. Section 15 of Ordinance Number 303 is hereby enacted: "Section 15. Penalty. A person who knowlingly violates any of the provisions of the ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to payment of a fine not to exceed $500,000 or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both." H. Except as expressly repealed or amended by this ordinance, Ordinance Number 303 shall remain in force and effect. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect r� om and after its passage and publication according to law, and all current license holders and all others affected by this ordinance shall be in full compliance with this ordinance within thrity (30) days after its enactment and publication. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Repealing. Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Ordinance Number 505 are hereby repealed. Section 2. Amending. A new Section 3 of Ordinance Number 505 is hereby enacted as follows: "Section 3. Regulations: The City Council of the City of Stillwater shall from time to time as they see fit to protect the public health and welfare enact by resolution such regulations as they deem proper regarding use of the rubbish disposal station including the type of rubbish that may be deposited therein, residency requirements of users and such reasonable fees for the use of the rubbish disposal station as are needed to defray the cost of its operation." Section 3. In all other ways Ordinance Number 505 shall remain in force and effect. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after is passage and publication.
