THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1. AMENDING. Section 21 in 5b of Ordinance No. 383, the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended to read as follows: b. No application for a Special Use Permit or Variance shall be granted until the applicant has paid to the City Treasurer the sum of $25.00 plus the cost of any necessary publications herein before mentioned, which sums shall be credited to the General Fund of the City. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
