THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1. AMENDING. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 448, Relating to Contractor's Licenses, is hereby amended to add the following subsection: (10) Sandblasting SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER DOES ORDAIN: rl SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 517 of the City of Stillwater, Rezoning 'E Certain Property in Section 32 from Industrial to Commercial and Providing for 1 Special Use Permits for all new Commercial and Industrial construction is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1. Section Five of Ordiance No. 383, the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended 1 to provide that the area described as follows: 1. The Southerly 1045 feet of the Easterly 990 feet of the SE% of the SW$, Section 32, T30N, R20W except that part conveyed to Glenn M. Bell and Lucile M. G \ Bell, husband and wife, by warranty deed dated August 24, 1964 and except that part thereof conveyed to Glenn M. Bell and Lucile M. Bell, husband and wife, by bo i deed dated January 23, 1956; and 1 2. The Southerly 1045 feet of the SW% of the SE% of Section 32, T30N, R20W, subject to the right of way of Minnesota Highway 212 as the same now exists; and 3. The Southerly 645 feet of the SEA of the SE%, Section 32, T30N, R20W, except 1 the East 10 acres of the said SEA of the SE', Section 32, T30N, R20W, and except 1 for the East 95 feet of the said Southerly 645 feet of Section 32, T30N, R20W, deeded to Roy N. Warren and Bonnie B. Warren, husband and wife, by deed dated r July 29, 1971, shall be zoned (CA) Business District rather than (IA) Light Industrial District. (continued on the next page) • •
