ORDINANCE NO. 517
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN SECTION 32 FROM INDUSTRIAL TO
COMMERCIAL 4ND PROVIDING FOR SPECIA_. USE PERMITS FOR ALL NEW COMMERCIAL
AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER DOES ORDAIN:

R2OW, and except for the East 95 Feet of the said Southerly 645 feet
of Sec. 32, T3ON, R2OW, deeded to Roy N. Warren

Business District rather than (IA) Light Industrial District, subject,
however, to the restriction that no building shall be located on a lot
of less than five (5) acres in size and subject further to the restric-
tion that no building permits for new construction shall be issued without
the property owner first having received a Special Use Permit from the
City Council. Standards and procedures required for Planned Unit Develop-
ments as provided by Section 9-A of this Ordinance shall be applicable
to applications for such Special Use Permits.
SECTION 2. AMENDING. Section 21, Enforcement is enddministrationtof follow -

ing new subsection 8, as follows:
8. Irrespective of any other section of this Ordinance to the
contrary, no person shall construct a building in a Commercial,
Light Industrial or Heavy Industrial District without first
having received a Special Use Permit from the City Council.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication according to law.
