AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 448, SY PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE
EXPIRATION DATE FOR CONTRACTOR'S LICENSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. AMENDING Section 4 of Ordinance No. 448, Relating to
Contractor's Licenses, is amended to read as follows:
Section 4. License Fee. The annual fee for each license
shall be $25.00 and each license shall expire one (1) year
from the date of issuance.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the City Council this 9th day of May, 1972.
