AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 383 KNOWN AS THE BONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF STILLWATER AND REGULATING THE KEEPING OF FARM ANIMALS WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment. Ordinance No. 383, Section 17, Supplementary
Regulations, Paragraph 1, is amended to add the following sub -paragraph:
"G. I:. all districts any lot upon which farm animals are
kept must be at least three acres in size. Farm animals
are defined as: horses, cows, sheep, bees, pigs, chickens,
ducks, rabbits, and other crommonly known domesticated farm
animals."
Section 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER.
The City Council of the City of Stillwater does hereby ordain:
Section 1. Penalties. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
any person violating the provisions of any Ordinance of the City of Stillwater
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof may be punished by
imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days or a fine of not more than Three
Hundred Dollars ($300.00), or both, except that parking meter violations as pro-
vided for under Ordinance No. 322 and ordinances amendatory thereof paid within
seventy-two hours after issued !hall be fined One Dollar- ($1.00).
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication according to law and the Charter of the
City of Stillwater.
