The CityCouncil of the City of Stillwater does ordain: Section 1. From and after the passage and publication of this ordinance, according to law, the following described territory within the City limits of the City of Stillwater shall be incorporated in and !moons a part of the First Ward, Second Precinct of the City of Stillwater for the purposes of elections until otherwise designated by the City Council as provided by law. said property being described as follows, to -wit: All that part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Thirty (30) North, Range Twenty (20) West, described as follows: Coweencing at the Southwesterly corner of the Nelson tract, which is the present Southerly limit of the City of Stillwater along former Borup Street: thence North 89051' West along a Westerly extension of the Southerly limits of the Nelson tract. for 30 feet; thence South 0013' West for 53.1 feet; thence North 139451. West for 30 feet to the westerly line of ° 60 foot roadway; thence South 0013' West along said Westerly line of the 60 foot roadway. for 116.2 feet; thence South 220471 East along said westerly line of the 60 foot roadway. for 234.14 feet to the South- westerly corner of said 60 foot wide roadway; thence at right "glass bearing of North 43013' East along the southeasterly line of said 60 foot roadway. for 60 feet to the Easterly most corner of said roadway, the last above mentioned course being the Southerly limit of said 60 foot roadway; thence on a bearing of South 63438. East for 435.5 feet; thence North 63058I East for 65 feet, MOre or less. to an intersection with the city limit line as established in 1922; thence Northwesterly and Westerly along said city limit line to the point of beginning. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
