Dwight 405 Oakes St. Stillwater, Minnesota 55082 July 22, 1977 Stillwater City Council Stillwater City Hall 216 No. Fourth Street Stillwater, Minnesota 55082 Gentlemen: I live at 405 Oakes which is right near the intersection of Oak and County Road 5. I understood that the vacant area on that corner was city property and I thought it was a park or at least the intention was to make it a park. I notice that the Council debated selling the land to a developer and I would strongly urge that it be dedicated as a park because many of the children in the area use it for baseball, kites, and other activities. I would appreciate it if you would instruct a clerk to notify me of any hearing relative to the sale or disposition of this property so that I may appear before the Council. Thank you..
