Present were:C.D.Bourdaghs,Lawrence Junker,Arthur Bartkey, and William L. O'Brien. Reports: Skating-Mr. Junker Skatin~ is at a standstill because of the reather.Lights will be taken dmID on all rinks. Staples Field- It was moved and passed to pay up to $50.00 for a snow fence to be used for softball. Athletic Field- It was moved and passed to pay up to $I50.00 for lights for softball. LeRoy Christensen was authorised to hire a caretaker for the athletic field and Staples Field at $I.25 per. hr. but a limit was set at ~:,I75.00. Lily Lake-Mr.Bartkey It was moved and passed to give $100.00 for hauling sand for the beach at Lily Lake. It was moved and passed that Mr. Bourdaghs call The Allied Spraymen for the purpose of spraying the weeds at Lily.. Lake Beach. It was moved and passed to advertize for life guards to a ttend our April 24 th.meeting. On Sunday Har.r, I957 the Recreation Board 1-,ill meet at the , Broadway Diamond to discuss plans for enlarging it and leveling it off. Mr. Bartky was oUfuhorized to hire a man for lily lake beach. It wasm moved and passed to have a meeting on May 15,I957.
