FACKLER was requesting $40,000 support from property taxes and $112,170 for capital outlay. MR. FACKLER also explained that the concession revenue (and cost of con- cessions)were down because machines were being used for concessions rather than the concession stand. MR. FACKLER also presented a more complete cost breakdown of the Ice Arena, Beach and Softball operations. The present budget format did not contain a completely accurate cost accounting of the three separate operations of the Lily Lake Complex. MR. FACKLER'S breakdown indicated that the summer ice for the hockey clinic resulted in a $9,334 loss for the City. MR. KRIESEL said that any loss shown by Mr. Fackler would be further increased because administrative and insurance costs were not included in Mr. Fackler's figures. MR. KRIESEL asked that the Council move to correct the budget.
