RESOLUTION NO. 2023-100
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT RELATED TO LANDOWNER
(225 HAZEL STREET WEST) IMPROVEMENTS ON OUTLOT A, BROWN'S CREEK
HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, Nancy L. Jacobs own the property at 225 Hazel Street West, legally
described on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, a fence associated with the property at 225 Hazel Street West has
been located and encroaches on a City owned outlot, Outlot A, legally described on
Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, the property owners of 225 Hazel Street West requests an update to
the encroaching fence for safety reasons.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Stillwater hereby approves the agreement relating to landowner improvements on Outlot
A, Brown's Creek Heights for the replacement of an existing fence.
Adopted by the Stillwater City Council this 2nd day of August 2023.
