Councilman Perron became a candidate for re-election for the four-year term oeginning January, 1953, and was successful in that election. He thus served the people of Stillwater, as Councilmen, for a total of five years and four months. His record as Councilmen is outstanding. He devoted a vast amount of time and energy to City affairs and scarcely ever missed attending a Council meeting. 91s judgment and decisions were sound and equitable. 91s presence will to missed by the City Council.
