RESOLUTION 0.853
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING OF MONEY
II ANTICIPATION OF THE PAYMENT 0P TAINS.
RESOLVED BY. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BTILLWATES,That there shall be
issued and sold Certificates of Indebtedness of the City of Stillwater in the
sum of Twebty -five hundred (E500) Dollars in anticipation of the payment of
taxes levied for the Bond Interest Mad of the City of Stillwater in the year 1935.
Said certificate shall be a general obligation of the City of Stillwater
and shall bepayablewith interest at the rate of f`_ve per cent per annum from
date of issueuntilpeid,and- shall be signed in the name of the City,by its Mayor,
sealed: with its corporate seal,and countersigned by its City Clerk,and shall be
sold by the City Clerk on the date of issue,or as soon hereafter as possible,
at par and accrued interest.
Said certificate shall set forth on its face that the proceeds thereof shall
be used to pay Interest on bonds due February81,1938,and shall state the whole
amount embracedin the tax estimate to be Collected in the year 1938,for said
Bond Interest Fund.
The prooseds of the tax assessed and collected on account of said fund and
the full faith and credit of the City of Stillwater are hereby irrevocably pledged
for the redemption of said certificate so issued.

boundaries of Sprinkling District Number 14,and of sprinkling,treating
or surfacing with tar and gravel or crushed stone certain streets as
are embraced within the boundaries of Sprinkling District Number 15,,
and fixing a time when the Council will meet to act in relation to
doing the proposed work.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER:
1. That the plane,specificatione and estimated poet of the proposed work of
sprinkling with water,certain streets as are embraced within the boundaries
of Sprinkling District Number 14,and of sprinkling,treating or surfacing with
tar and gravel or crushed stone certain streets as are embraced within the
boundaries of Sprinkling District Number 15,as prepared by the City Engineer
and presented to the Council for its consideration and approval,be end the same
are hereby approved and antlered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
2. That Tueaday,the 5 day of May,1938 at 7;30 o'clock P.M.,be and is hereby
designated as the time when the Council will meet in the Council Chamber at a
regular meeting and mot in relation to the doing of the proposed work,and the
City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of etch meeting in accordance
with the provisions of the charter.

RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE TERRITORY IN THE CIEY OF STILLWATER IN WHICH
CIETAIN STREETS SHALL BE SPRINKLED WITH WATER.and sprinkled,treated
or surfaced with tar and gravel or crushed atone during the year 1938
and dividing said territory into sprinkling districts.
RN80LVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER;
1. That it is hereby determined that these portions of the hereinafter named
streets situtaed in that territory of the City of Stillwater embraced within
the boundaries of the several sprinkling districts hereinafter described
shall be sprinkled with water,or eprinkled,treated or surfaced with tar and
gravel or crashed stone as hereinafter designated,during the year 1936 which
territory is hereby divided into two sprinkling districts which are and shall
be numberdd,bounded and described as follows;
Sprinkling District Number 14. To be sprinkled with water.

Fifteen Thousand Dollars in anticipation of the payment of taxes levied for the
General Fund of the City of Stillwater in the year 1936.
Said certificates shall be as follows;
Certificate No. 1 for the sum of Four Thousand Dollars to be dated January 2,1937;
Certificate No. 2 for the sum of Two Thousand Dollars 'o be deted January 16th,1937;
Certificate No. 3 for the sum of Thirty Five Hundred Dollars to be dated February
1,1937;
Certificate No. 4 for the sum of Two Thousand Dollars to be dated February
16th,1937;
Certificate No. 5 for the sum of Thirty five Hundred Dollars to be dated
March 1,1937;
Said certificates shell be general obligations of the City of Stillwater and
