Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance: The ordinance establishes areas of the City that will allow Short Term Home Rentals to operate. Short Term Home Rentals will be allowed in all residential districts and will be limited to the commercial properties within the Central Business District, Highway Mixed Use District and Neighborhood Commercial Districts. Short Term Home Rentals require issuance of a Short Term Home Rental License from the City Council. SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE.
