RESOLUTION NO. 4806
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE OWNERSHIP OF THE LADDER TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota,
that the City Coordinator is hereby authorized to transfer ownership of the
1931 American LaFrance Ladder Truck to the Washington County Historical
Society for purposes of display in the Stillwater area.
Adopted by the Council this 14th day of November, 1972.

RESOLUTION ISSUING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A BEAUTY SHOP.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota that a Special
Use Permit is hereby granted to Mrs. Janet Corbo, 1122 West Myrtle Street, to
operate a beauty shop in her home subject to the following conditions:
1. That no customer parking be permitted on Myrtle Street.
2. That the petitioner provide ample parking off street, and that the
parking areas be of sufficient size to permit turning of vehicles within
the parking area to specifically avoid the backing of vehicles out onto
Myrtle Street to exit from the business establishment.
3. That the hours of operation be specifically restricted to: 9:00 A. M.
to 5:30 P. M., Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 A. M. to 8:30 P. M. Thursday
and Friday and 8:30 A. M. to 12:30 P. M. on Saturday.
4. That the Petitioner be restricted to one chair plus two or three dryers.
5. That the petitioner be specifically restricted to the placement of one
unilluminated, two square foot sign on the premises, not closer to
Myrtle Street than a distance of five feet from the South exposure of
petitioner's dwelling structure.
6. That the petitioner be restricted to the employment of one person other
than herself in the operation of said business.
7. That the permit be non -assignable.
