RESOLUTION NO. 4718
RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYMENT AND FIXING COMPENSATION.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota,
that the employment of HOWARD ANEZ as Park Attendant at Pioneer and Lowell
Parks from May 1, 1972 thru October 31, 1972 and for the same period for
succeeding years, be, and the same is hereby approved, and that as compen-
sation for services rendered in such employment, the said Howard Anez shall
receive the sum of $500.00 per month.
Adopted by the Council this 25th day of April, 1972.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK - LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 100.
WHEREAS, pursuant to written contract signed with the City on the 17th day
of May, 1971, Lawrence LeTourneau of Stillwater. Minnesota, has satas isfactorilyt
rily
completed construction of Local Improvement No. 100, repair
and Willard Street Stairs in accordance with such contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater.
Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and
approved, and that a proper warrant be drawn upon the City Treasurer and issued
to the contractor for the final payment on said contract.
