RESOLUTION NO. 4697
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEER TO COMPLETE FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 97.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of Stillwater, Minnesota that Banister -
Short -Elliott -Hendrickson & Associates are hereby authorized to complete
final plans and specifications for Local Improvement No. 97 (Storm -Sanitary
Sewer Separation).
Adopted by the Council this 8th day of February, 1972.

RESOLUTION NO. 4698
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENTERING INTO A JOINT POWER AGREEMENT.
BE TT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota that the Mayor
and City Coordinator are hereby authorized to execute a Joint Power Agreement
with North St. Paul and other communities to create a Model Gas Franchise for
said communities.
Adopted by the Council this 8th day of February, 1972.
