RESOLUTION NO. 4836
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT.
BE. IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that
the bid of the Stillwater Motor Co., Stillwater, Minnesota, in the amount of
$4,544.00,for the sale and delivery to the City of a 1973 Chevrolet Pickup Truck,
which bid is hereby found to be the lowest responsible bid meeting specifications
be, and the same is hereby accepted; and the Mayor and the City clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract on behalf of the City with the
said Stillwater Motor Co. for the purchase of said 1973 Chevrolet Pickup Truck,
said contract to be in accordance with the specifications and the proposal of
the bidder which are on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the Council this 12th day of January, 1973.

RESOLUTION NO. 4837
RESOLUTION REGARDING COUNTY RADIO SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota, that it hereby
goes on record as being in favor of the proposed County Radio System; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby commits itself to the
following items of communications equipment which are to be bid by and billed
through Washington County;
1. one (1) dual frequency (fire and police administrative frequency) remote
unit, complete and installed at a price of $2,598.00.
2. Three four -frequency portable radio units at a price of $925.00 each.
