WHEREAS, a petition was presented by several property owners; and said petition was found to be adequate and was accepted by the Council, and it has been proposed to construct the following described improvements and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost thereof, viz: Sanitary sewer in South Fifth Street from West Olive Street to West Pine Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the said proposed improvement be referred to the City's Engineer for study and report; advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated coat of the improvement as recommended. WHEREAS, a petition was presented by several property owners; and said petition was found to be adequate and was accepted by the Council, and it has been pro- posed to construct the following described improvements and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost thereof, viz: Surfacing, gutter and other appartenances on East Mulberry from North Second Street to North Third Street NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the said proposed improvement be referred to the City's Engineer for study and report; advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improve- ment as recommended.
