RESOLUTION NO. 4831
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS, LOCAL IMPROVEMENT N0. 114-1973.
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council adopted the 12th day of -December,
1972, fixed a date for a public hearing on the proposed improvement of a
sanitary sewer main in North Fifth Street from West Myrtle Street to the
City Garage.
AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon
on the 9th day of January, 1973 at which all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted December 12, 1972.
2. Duane Elliott of Banister -Short -Elliott -Hendrickson & Associates,
is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 9th day of January, 1973.
