BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota that the City Council believes that the continued use of ownership of the property presently owned by the Lakeview Memorial Hospital is necessary for the assurance of continued good medical care for the residents of the area surrounding the City of Stillwater served by the Lakeview Memorial Hospital and that the Stillwater City Council believes continuance of good medical care is obviously more important than the elimination a minor inconvenience to county employees on that basis. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue im- mediately with the State Historical Society. (71 Said newspaper is made available at single or subscription prices to any person. corporation, partnership or other unincorporated association requesting the newspaper and making the applicable payment. i81 Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. 191 Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1. 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the Publisher and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
