RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater,
Minnesota, that the employment of David L. Roettger as a Community
Service Officer of the Stillwater Police Reserve from and after
May 26, 1978, for a probationery period of six months, be, and
the same is hereby approved; and that as compensation for services
the said David L. Roettger shall receive the sum of $3.75 per
hour.
Adopted by the Council this 6th day of June, 1978.

in his employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours
at which said newspaper is printed. (61 Said newspaper files a copy of each issue im-
mediately with the State Historical Society. i7) Said newspaper is made available at single
or subscription prices to any person. corporation. partnership or other unincorporated
association requesting the newspaper and making the applicable payment. (8) Said
newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at feast one year preceding the
day or dates of publication mentioned below. 191 Said newspaper has filed with the
Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1. 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an
affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the Publisher and
sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
