HomeMy WebLinkAbout6563 (Res.)6563 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK -- LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 129-1. WHEREAS, pursuant to written contract signed with the City on the 26th day of September, 1977, Robert W. Moore Co. of St. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed construction of Local Improvement No. 129-1, consisting of trunk and lateral sanitary sewers, watermains, street construction and other appurtenances to serve the Hooley-Feely-Kern-Croixgate Developments in accordance with such contract; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved, and that a proper warrant be drawn upon the City Treasurer and issued to the contractor for the final payment on said contract.
