RESOLUTION NO. 7057
RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PAYMENT OF BILLS.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota that the
following bills are hereby audited and approved for payment, and that order -

RESOLUTION NO. 7058
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 195.
WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Council on November 17, 1981, a report has
been prepared by Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. with reference to the improvement
of South Third Street between Chestnut and Walnut Streets by water service
replacements, replacement of watermain items, concrete curb, gutters, sidewalks,
retaining walls and other appurtenances, and this report was received by the
Council. on March 16, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the report
and the assessment of abutting and benefited property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $102,090.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 20th
day of April, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P. M. and the
Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law.
