RESOLUTION NO. 7450
RESOLUTION VACATING A SEWER EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, it appears that on August 2, 1877 the owner of Lot 9, Block 28 of the
Original Tow'. (Now City of Stillwater), according to the plat thereof, conveyed
to the City of Stillwater a blanket sewer easement over the lot for the purpose
of the location of a sewer line;
WHEREAS, that the present owner of this lot has indicated that this easement now
crates an encumbrance on the title of this real estate, and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has investigated the sewer easement and found that
it is no longer necessary and will not be necessary in the future for the function
of the City sewer system and the engineer has further reported that to vacate this
easement would be in the best interest of the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: that a blanket sewer easement described as
..'lows:
A blanket sewer easement over Lot 9, Block 28 of the Original Town
(now City of Stillwater), said easement dated August 2, 1877 and duly
recorded in Book E of Bonds on page 452;
Be, and the same hereby is vacated, discharged and annulled and that this
Resolution shall be in all ways conclusive evidence and proof that the aforesaid
Lot 9 is forever free from any encumberance whatsoever with regard to this
easement.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF SCOTT SCHELL AS FULL-TIME LABORER/
MAINTENANCE WORKER IN THE CITY OF STILLWATER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that
the employment of Scott Schell as Full -Time Laborer/Maintenance Worker, from
and after April 1, 1985, for a probationery period of six months, be, and the
same is hereby approved; and that as compensation for services the said Scott
Schell shall receive the sum of $7.65 per hour. This compensation to be
received together with all other benefits of City Employment.
Adopted by the city Council this 5th day of March, 1985
