RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT.
WHEREAS, a petition was presented by property owners; and said petition was found to be
adequate and was accepted by the Council, and it has been proposed to construct the
following described improvements and to assess the beneifted property for all or a
portion of the cost thereof, viz:
Watermains and services, sanitary sewer and services, storm
sewer, street surfacing and other appurtenances for the
Wildwood Pines Third Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota:
1. That the said proposed improvement be referred to the City's Engineer for study and
report; advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 18th day of September, 1984.

RESOLUTION NO. 7383
RESOLUTION GIVING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO WESTPHAL HEIGHTS ADDITION (PHASE 1)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the final plat of "Westphal Heights" (Phase I) in the form submitted
to the City Council on September 18, 1984, having the prior approval of the Planning
Commission on January 23, 1984 is hereby given final approval, subject to those conditions
that have heretofore been imposed by action of the City Council.
Adopted by the affirmative vote of all of the members of the
City Council this 18th day of September, 1984.
