HomeMy WebLinkAbout7375 (Res.)m 207 m • • RESOLUTION NO. 7374 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESEMENTS, LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 216. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Local Improvement No. 216 and now on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for said improvements, and this Council shall meet in the City Hall at 216 North Fourth Street, Stillwater, Minnesota, the 9th day of October, 1984, at 7:00 P. M. for the purposes of passing upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto. 2. Said Local Improvement No.216 will involve the construction of sanitary sewer and services, watermain and services, storm sewer, street surfacing and other appurtenances for: All of the Westphal Heights Phase I Addition and ail of the properties approximately 400 feet of the northerly right-of- way of Old Stonebridge Trail and approximately 460 feet of the westerly right-of-way of County State Aid Highway 5. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the meeting to be published in the Stillwater Gazette, the official news,.per of the City, and to be mailed to the owner or owners of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll at least two weeks before the date of said meeting.
