RESOLUTION NO. 7372
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS, LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 205.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Local Improvement No. 205 and now
on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the propped assessments for
said improvements, and this Council shall meet in the City Hall at 216 North Fourth Street,
Stillwater, Minnesota, the 9th day of October, 1984 at 7:00 P. M. for the purposes of passing
upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto.
2. Said Local Improvement no. 205 will involve the construction of sanitary sewer and
services, wateneain and services, storm sewer, street surfacing and other appurtenances for:
All of the Wildwood Pines and Wildwood Pines Second Addition and
all of the properties approximately 450 feet of the westerly right-of-way of
Eagle Ridge Trail and approximately 1,600 feet of the northerly right-of-way
of County State Aid Highway 12.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the meeting to be
published in the Stillwater Gazette, the official newspaper of the City, and to be mailed to
the owner or owners of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll at least two weeks
before the date of said meeting.

RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS, LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 206.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Local Improvement No. 206 and now
on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for
said improvements, and this Council shall meet in the City Hall at 216 North Fourth Street,
Stillwater, Minnesota, the 9th day of October, 1984, at 7:00 P. M. for the purposes of passing
upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto.
2. Said Local Improvement No. 206 will involve the construction of sanitary sewer and
services, watermain and services, storm sewer, street surfacing and other appurtenances for:

3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the meeting to be
publsihed in the Stillwater Gazette, the official newspaper of the City, and to be mailed to the
owner or owners of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll at least two weeks
before the date of said meeting.
