HomeMy WebLinkAbout7371 (Res.)205, • • A • RESOLUTION NO. 7370 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS, LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 184. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Local Improvement No. 184 and now on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for said improvements, and this Council shall meet in the City Hall at 216 North Fourth Street, Stillwater, Minnesota, the 9th day of October, 1984, at 7:00 P. M. for the purposes of passing upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto. 2. Said Local Improvement No. 184 will involve the construction of sanitary sewer and services, watermain and services, storm sewer, street surfacing and other appurtenances for: All of the Oak Glen Development including platted and unplatted properties. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the meeting to be published in the Stillwater Gazette, the official newspaper of the City, and to be mailed to the owner or owners of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll at least two weeks before the date of said meeting. Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of September, 1984. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Local Improvement No. 203 and now on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for said improvements, and this Council shall meet in the City Hall at 216 North Fourth Street, Stillwater, Minnesota, the 9th day of October, 1984 at 7:00 P. M. for the purposes of passing upon said assessmsents and hearing all objections thereto. 2. Said Local Improvement No. 203 will involve the construction of sanitary sewer and services, watermain and services, storm sewer, street surfacing and other appurtenances for: All of the Radles Hilltop Addition and all of the properties on Sunnyslope Lane west of Echo Lane for a distance of approximately 650 feet. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to ®use notice of the meeting to be published in the Stillwater Gazette, the official newspaper of the City, and to be mailed to the owner or owners of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll at least two weeks before the date of said meeting.
