WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 1, 1984, a report has been prepared by Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc., with reference to the 1984 Overlay Project, and this report was received by the Council on July 17, 1984. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $99,972. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 7th day of August, 1984, at 7:30 P. M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the following places have been designated by the City Council as polling palces for the primary election to be held on September 11, 1984, and the general election to be held on November 6, 1984: First Ward,Precinct 1 and Precinct 2: St. Paul's Lutheran Church located at South Fifth and West Walnut Streets Second Ward, Precinct 1 and Precinct 2: First United Methodist Church located at Myrtle and Greeley Streets Third Ward, Precinct 1 and Precinct 2: Washington School located at Mulberry and Everett Streets Fourth Ward, Precinct 1 and Precinct 2: Lily Lake Elementary School located at 2003 West Willard Street Fifth Ward - All Stonebridge Elementary School located at the westerly extension of Elm Street Polls at the places hereinbefore designated will open at 7:00 o'clock A.
