RESOLUTION NO. 7264
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that
the following named person, hertofore appointed as Light Equipment Operator in
the Street Department by resolution adopted May 22, 1979, be, and he is hereby
appointed as permanent Heavy Equipment Operator:
DELBERT KRUSE
and that said appointment shall be effective from and after December 1, 1983.
As compensation for services rendered as such Heavy Equipment Operator, the said
Delbert Kruse shall receive the sum of $10.62 per hour in compliance with that
certain agreement between the City of Stillwater and the Local No. 49 International
Union of Operating Engineers, AFL-CIO and other benefits of City employment.

RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF VOLUNTEER FIREMAN.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota,
that the following named person, heretofore appointed as Volunteer Fireman
of the City for a period of six months by resolution adopted April 5, 1983, be,
and he is hereby, appointed as permanent Volunteer Fireman:
TOM ZOLLER
