RESOLUTION NO. 7191
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTATION AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the
quotation of Berg Electric Co., Burnsville, Minnesota, in the amount of
$6,975.00 to remove and replace the existing lighting system at Lily Lake
Tennis and Basketball Courts is hereby found to be the lowest responsible
bid meeting specifciations, be, and the same is hereby accepted; and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
a contract on behalf of the City with the said Berg Electric Co. for said
improvements and said agreement to be in accordance with the specifications
and the proposal of the bidder which are on file in the office of the City
Clerk.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the bid
of Frank J. Zamboni & Co., Inc., Paramount, California in the amount of $36,950.00
for One Zamboni Model 500 Ice Resurfacing Machine is hereby found to be the
lowest responsible bid meeting specifications, be and the same is hereby accepted;
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract on behalf of the City with the said Frank J. Zamboni & Co. for
the purchase of said Ice Resurfacing Machine, said agreement to be in accordance
with the specifications and the proposal of the bidder which are on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
