RESOLUTION NO. 7184 i+
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to action taken by the Oak Park Heights City Council, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
with reference to the expansion of storm sewer in the City of Oak Park Heights
for drainage of Pecan Avenue and 65th Street and also North of 65th Street and
east of Third Avenue South, which storm water project serves property within
the City of Stillwater, and this report was presented to the Council on May 17,
1983:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such ±ainage in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited property within the City of
Stillwater for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $12,040.15.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 7th day of June,
1983 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P. M. and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
