RESOLUTION NO. 7178
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS, LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 201-
1983.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council rf the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Local Improvement No.
201 and now on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the
proposed assessments for said improvements, and this Council shall meet in the
City Hall at 216 North Fourth Street, Stillwater, Minnesota, the 7th day of
June, 1983, at 7:30 P. M. for the purposes of passing upon said assessments and
hearing all objections thereto:
2. Said Local Improvement No. 201 will involve the construction of sanitary
,wer and services, watermain and services, storm sewer, street surfacing and other
appurtenances as follows:
All of the Linson Plat and all of the property west of Greeley
Street for a distance of 200 feet of the northerly right-of-way
of Orleans Street to a point on Orleans Street of 544 feet.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the
meeting to be published in the Stillwater Gazette, the official newspaper of the City,
and to be mailed to the owner or owners of each parcel of land describ'ed in said
assessment roll at least two weeks before the date of said meeting.
