RESOLUTION NO. 7173
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR MHFA HOUSING REHABILITATION LOAN
FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, State of Minnesota, has been
authorized to undertake a program to provide loans to property owners for the
purpose of housing rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, Washington County HRA has developed an application as an Administer-
ing Entity for the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency Rehabilitation Loan Program;
and
WHEREAS, Washington County HRA has demonstrated the ability to perform the
required activities of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency Rehabilitation Loan
Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Washington County HRA is hereby authorized
to make application to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a grant of funds
pursuant to the Rehabilitation Loan Program;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Washington County HRA is hereby authorized as
an entity to be charged with the administration of funds made available through
the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency Rehabilitation Loan Program, in the county/
city of Washington County HRA.

RESOLUTION NO. 7174
RESOLUTION WAIVING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION
OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, L. I. N0. 203.
WHEREAS, this Council did, on the 19th day of April, 1982, receive the prelimin-
ary report of the City Engineer that the following described improvement is
feasible and may be made as proposed; viz;
Sanitary sewer, watermain, sewer and water services, drainage,
street construction and other appurtenances to service Radle's
Hilltop Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has further reported to the Council that the estimated
cost of said improvement is $94,577.00; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has signed a waiver for the public hearing on said improve-
ment; and
WHEREAS, the area proposed to be assessed for said improvement includes all
property benefited by the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater,
Minnesota:
