RESOLUTION NO. 7318
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT - L.I. #218
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 1, 1984, a report has been prepared
by Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc., Inc. with reference to construction of streets and utilities
for West Orleans Street from County Road #5 to Washington Avenue, and this report was received
by the Council on June 5, 1984,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost
of the improvement is $365,700.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 19th day of June, 1984,
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, and the City Clerk shall give mailed and
pc 'ished notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council this 5th day of June, 1984.

RESOLUTION N0. 7319
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT AND CERTIFICATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED that Stillwater enter into a grant agreement with the State of Minnesota
for the project entitled Old Towne Revitalization Program to be conducted during the
period from 6/1/84 through 5/30/85.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute certifications as required and execute such
agreement as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of Stillwater.

RESOLUTION NO. 7320
RESOLUTION INCREASING COMPENSATION - SCOTT SCHELL
BE IT RESOLVED that effective June 1, 1984, said Scott Schell, M.E.E.D. Program employee,
shall be paid the rate of $7.65 per hour as compensation for duties performed with the
Public Works Department of the City of Stillwater. $4.00 of stated rate of $7.65 is to
be paid to employee from the M.E.E.D. Program and the balance of $3.65/hour is to be paid
by the City of Stillwater.
