RESOLUTION NO. 7315
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF BONNIE J. KIRTZ, CITY CLERK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota,
that the following named person, theretofore appointed as City Clerk for
the City for a period of six months, by resolution adopted November 15, 1983,
and she is hereby appointed as permanent City Clerk: Bonnie Jo Kirtz, and
that said appointment shall be effective from and after June 5, 1984. As
compensation for services rendered as such City Clerk, the said Bonnie J
Kirtz shall receive the sum of $24,504 per year, together with all other
benefits of City employment.
Adopted by the City Council this 15th day of May, 1984.

RESOLUTION NO. 7317
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Orwell Avenue and Orwell Court
North by asphalt paving, filed with the Council on June 5, 1984, is hereby declared
to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This
declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. and they are
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve-
ments, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
