WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following: Extend Meadowlark Drive a distance of 275'. Reconstruct East Stillwater Avenue from N. Broadway to N. 1st Street Reconstruct West North Street from N. William to N. Everett Street Matting of W. Orleans Street from 5. Fourth to S. Everett Street Matting of Marine Circle from Nightengale Blvd. through cul-de-sac Matting of S. Greeley from W. Myrtle Street to W. Orleans Street Matting Croixwood Blvd. from Co. Rd. #5 to Northland Avenue and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutues, Chapter 429, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director and Short - Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. WHEREAS, it is proposed to totally reconstruct: South First Street from E. Willard to E. Orleans South Second Street from E. Willard to E. Orleans East Willard Street from 5. First Street to S. Fourth Street East and West Churchill Streets from Sixth Avenue South to South Greeley Street and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, NOW.
