BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the employment of Wm. Michael Reardon as Stillwater Main Street Project Manager, from and after February 15, 1984, is hereby approved and compensation for said employment shall be as provided for in the Employment Agreement between said Wm. Michael Reardon and the City of Stillwater, dated February 15, 1984. Said Employment Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, Stillwater, Minnesota. Adopted by the City Council this 6th day of March, 1984. Attest: J City rv k RESOLUTION NO. 7294 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID - LOCAL IMPROVEMENT #206 - INTERLACHEN HILLS PHASE I. WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Local Improvement No. 206, for sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street improvements for Interlachen Hills Phase I, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, a copy of these tabulations being on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part hereof, AND WHEREAS, it appears that Crossings, Inc., of Prior Lake, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder with a bid of $157,175.00, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Crossings, Inc. of Prior Lake, Minnesota, in the name of the City of Stillwater for Local Improvement No. 206, for sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street improvements for Interlachen Hills, Phase I, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. Adopted by the City Council this 6th day of March, 1984. Attest: City rk RESOLUTION NO. 7295 RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYMENT BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the employment of Joseph Peltier a,: Diana Weinmeyer as part time police officers in the Stillwater Police Department from and after this date, for a probationary period of six months, be, and the same is hereby approved; and that as compensation for services the said Joseph Peltier and Diana Weinmeyer shall receive the sum of $8.50 per hour.
