RESOLUTION NO. 7285A
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on August 24, 1983, the
Consulting Engineer has prepared plane and specifications for the improvement of:
Sanitary sewer, watermain, sewer and water services, drainage, street

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA:

2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official newspaper
and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of
such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published once and shall specify the work to be done, shall state that
bids will be opened and considered at 11:00 a.m. CST, on Friday, the 24th day of
February, 1984, in the City Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless
sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified
check or cash deposit in an amount equal to at least ten percent (109,) of the
amount of the bid.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the
employment of Tim Thomsen as Jr. Parks Keeper, from and after February 1, 1984, for
a probationary period of six months, be and the same is hereby approved; and that as
