The zoning of the following property, legally defined on Exhibit A and visually represented in Exhibit B is hereby amended to RB, Two -Family Residential. SECTION 2 Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after publication according to law. SECTION 3 Publication. This Ordinance shall not be published until the Final Plat for Jorg Hills Estate is approved by the City Council. SECTION 4 Saving. In all other ways the Stillwater City Code shall remain in full force and effect. Approved this 16th day of November, 2021.
