HomeMy WebLinkAbout6821-6822 (Res.)243 • • RESOLUTION NO. 6821 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 152-1979. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepare for Local Improvement No. 152, and now on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for said improvements, and this Council shall meet at the City Hall, 216 North Fourth Street, the 16th day of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of passing upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto. 2. Said Local Improvement No. 152 involved the following improvements: Street construction, sanitary sewer and watermain, lift station, forcemain in Stillwater Avenue west of Owen Street to serve certain properties in Coopers and Lux's Meadowview Addition. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the Stillwater Evening Gazette, the official newspaper of this City, and to be mailed to the owner of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll, at least two weeks before the date of said meeting. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Local Improvement No. 167, and now on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for said improvements, and this Council shall meet at the City Hall, 216 North Fourth Street, the 16th day of September, 1980 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. 'or the purpose of passing upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto. 2. Said Local Improvement No. 167 involved the following improvements: Sewer and water services and street construction and other appurtenances on Lookout Street from Birchwood Drive to its terminus. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the Stillwater Evening Gazette, the official newspaper of this City, and to be mailed to the owner of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll, at least two weeks before the date of said meeting.
