WHEREAS, pursuant to written contr' r signed with the City on the 4th day of October, 1979, Lino Contracting, Inc., of Hugo, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed construction of Local Improvement No. 157-2, North Frontage Road and Cross -Over Trunk Highway 212 in accordance with such contract; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved, and that a proper warrant be drawn upon the City Treasurer and issued to the contractor for the final payment on said contract. Adopted by the Council this 5th day of August, 198 Published: August 11, 1980 Mayor Attest: i1 .t_&fl—�"` t dutn si€ JJ City Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 6814 RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARING ON LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 185. 4 WHEREAS, this Council did, on the 5th day of August, 1980 receive the prelim- inary report of the City Engineer that the following described improvement is feasible and may be made as proposed; viz: Sanitary sewers, watermains, storm sewers, surfacing, curb, gutters and other appurtenances on Cruve Crest Boulevard and Industrial Boulevard within the Feely Plat. AND WHEREAS, the City Engineer has further reported to the Council that the estimated cost of said improvement is $561,550.00; AND WHEREAS, the area proposed to be assessed for said improvement includes all property abutting upon the portions of said streets above described: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota; 1. That this Council shall meet at the Municipal Building in said City on Tuesday, the 2nd day of September, 1980 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the making of the above described improvement, and that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause public notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published in the official newspaper of the City twice, a week apart, the last of said publica- tions to be not less than three days prior to the date of said hearing, and mailed to each owner of property included in the area proposed to be assessed not less than two weeks prior the date thereof.
