RESOLUTION RELATING TO PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT SURVEY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that
the City Staff is hereby authorized and directed to cooperate with the State of
Minnesota and Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. in conducting a pedestrian accient
survey within the City of Stillwater for which there will be no commitment of City
Funds.
Adopted by the Council this 17th day of June, 1980.

RESOLUTION NO. 6801
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT.
WHEREAS, a petition was presented by several property owners; and said
petition was found to be adequate and was accepted by the Council, and it has
been proposed to construct the following described improvements and to assess
the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost thereof, viz:
Sanitary sewers, watermains, storm sewers, surfacing, curb,
gutter and other appurtenances on Curve Crest Boulevard within
the Feely Plat of the City of Stillwater.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater,
Minnesota, that the said proposed improvement be referred to the City's Engineer
for study and report; advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improve-
ment as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 17th day of June, 1980.
