HomeMy WebLinkAbout6688-6689 (Res.)0 • r RESOLUTION NO. 6688 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS - LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 157-1, 1978. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Local Improvement No. 157-1, and now on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for said improvements, and this Council shall meet at the City Hall, 216 North Fourth Street, the 9th day of October, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of passing upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto. 2. Said Local Improvement No. 157-1 involved sanitary sewers, watermains, streets and drainge and other appurtenances in the Stillwater Industrial Park, Phase II. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the Stillwater Evening Gazette, the official newspaper of This City, and to be mailed to the owner of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll, at least two weeks before the date of said meeting. ... BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Local Improvement No. 160, and now on file in the office of the City Clerk is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for said improvements, and this Council shall meet at the City Hall, 216 North Fourth Street, the 9th day of October, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of passing upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto. 2. Said Local Improvement No. 160 involved sewer and watermains and services on Nightingale Blvd. from the point it crosses the south boundary of Croixwood ..jrth Addition continuing to the cul-de-sac on said Nightingale Boulevard. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the Stillwater Evening Gazette, the official newspaper of this City, and to be mailed to the owner of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll, at least two weeks before the date of said meeting.
