HomeMy WebLinkAbout6609-6610 (Res.)• (32 • • RESOLUTION NO. 6609 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 170. WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota has prepared; plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of TrudcHighway No. 45, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 212, within the corporate limits of the City of Stillwater, at Greeley Street in Stillwater - 935 feet west of Greeley Street to 380 feet east of Greeley Street and seeks the approval thereof: NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on public streets intersecting said trunk highway.
